Performance Dietitian

Jen Sygo is the Performance Dietitian for the Toronto Raptors. After completing a degree in biochemistry at the University of McMaster and a Masters of Science in Human Biology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph, Jen joined the team at Cleveland Clinic Canada in 2006. She has since provided nutritional services for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Triathlon Canada, Athletics Canada, Swimming Canada and others. In 2014, she released her first book, Unmasking Superfoods: the Truth and Hype about Acai, Quinoa, Chia, Blueberries and more. When not working with clients, you can find Jen in her home kitchen, mixing up magic with her two boys.
